Why people move to us

Most internet is fine until it breaks.

Then you find out what you actually bought. Here is what you get from a small local outfit instead of a big one.

We answer at 2am

There is no call centre and no ticket queue. Phone the number on this page at any hour and someone picks up.

The owner fixes it himself

Marius owns the business and does the work. You are not explaining your problem to a new person every time.

Faults sorted the same day

Most problems are solved over the phone in minutes. If we have to come out, we come out, we do not book you for next week.

Truly uncapped

No data limits and no slowing you down once you have used a certain amount. Use the line the way you want to.

Friendly, and glad to help

Ask a daft question at eleven at night and you get a straight answer, not a sigh. Being easy to deal with is part of the job.

Local to the Free State

We live here. We know which towns have fibre, where the LTE towers are weak, and what actually works on your street.

Packages and prices

Pick a speed. Everything is uncapped.

Fibre is the better line if it reaches your street. LTE goes almost everywhere else, including farms. Not sure which you can get? Send us your address and we will check it the same day.

LTE, uncapped

LTE needs a router with a SIM in it. Ours is R800 once off, and it is optional. If you already have something suitable, phone us and we will tell you whether it will work.

What it is for

Nobody buys megabits.

They buy a house where the film does not stop at the good part, the video call holds, and nobody has to stand in the passage to get signal. That is the job. The speed is just how we get there.

Where we work

Right across the Free State.

Fibre is in parts of the bigger towns, wherever the network has been built. LTE reaches almost everywhere else, including farms and smallholdings well outside town.

Getting connected

Four steps, and we do most of them.

Nothing gets installed and nothing gets paid until we have checked what actually reaches your address and told you straight what you will get.

Questions

The things people ask before they sign up.

If yours is not here, phone or send a WhatsApp. You will get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.

A man working on a laptop late at night at home
What is the difference between fibre and LTE?
Fibre runs light down a glass cable into your house, so it is faster, steadier and the upload speed matches the download speed. LTE uses the mobile network through an antenna and a router, so it works almost anywhere but the speed moves around depending on the tower and how busy it is. If fibre reaches your street, take fibre. If it does not, LTE is a very good second.
Is it really uncapped?
Yes. There is no data limit and we do not slow you down after you have used a certain amount. Stream, download and work as much as you like.
How do I know if fibre is available at my house?
Send us your street address on WhatsApp and we will check it against the network the same day. It takes us a few minutes and it costs you nothing.
What equipment do I need?
Fibre comes with the equipment as part of the installation. LTE needs a router with a SIM in it, and that is R800 once off. It is optional, so if you have something suitable already, phone us and we will tell you whether it will work.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The minimum term is twelve months, the same as every other fibre and LTE provider. We tell you exactly what you are signing up for before you sign anything, and there is nothing buried in it.
How long does installation take?
LTE is usually up and running the same week, sometimes the same day. Fibre depends on whether the line already runs past your house. If it does, it is quick. If the network still has to build to you, we tell you honestly how long that takes.
What happens when something goes wrong at night?
You phone us. Not a call centre in another province, not a form. The number on this page rings the person who can actually fix it, and it rings at any hour.
Which areas do you cover?
We work right across the Free State. Fibre is available in the towns where the network has built, and LTE covers almost everywhere else, including farms and smallholdings outside town.
Can I use this for a business?
Yes. Plenty of our customers are shops, guest houses, offices and farms. Tell us what the line has to carry and we will point you at the right package.
How do I pay?
Monthly by debit order or EFT. We send you the details once you are signed up, and the price you were quoted is the price you pay.
